A Brief History of the Flite eFoil

During the first months, the focus was on the engineering process as well as hundreds of hours in front of the computer to define the right setup. The foil, the board propulsion systems, battery as well as the remote control were challenging hardware and software projects.

During the development process, David realized that he needed more power than he expected and at the same time, the weight had to be reduced. And of course, since the Fliteboard will be used in seawater, all components had to be salt-water resistant. He did not allow any compromises to develop a product that he would not only purchase, but also queue up to purchase.
